Melissa Barney came to the Lieber Institute from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she provided HR support to multiple clinical, research and administrative groups. She has over eighteen years experience in the field of human resources. Melissa earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University.
