The Lieber Institute congratulates our founders, Connie and Steve Lieber, who received a special Presidential Commendation yesterday at the 167th Annual Meeting of the American Psychiatric Assocociation. This Commendation was given in honor of the Lieber’s longstanding and generous support of psychiatric research.
