Louise Huuki-Myers is a Staff Scientist at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development in the R/Bioconductor-powered Team Data Science group led by Leonardo Collado-Torres. She works to analyze bulk and single nucleus RNA sequencing, as well as spatially resolved transcriptomic data.
Louise is also pursuing a part-time PhD in Clinical Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge with Mina Ryten. Previously she earned a Master’s in Bioinformatics from Temple University in 2019 and was involved in research at the Institute of Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine with Sudhir Kumar, studying phylogenetic applications to study evolutionary timing.
