Dr. Rachel Orr is a licensed psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist who completed her graduate training at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore. She joined the Lieber Institute in 2023 in a part-time role as research consultant, and she speaks with prospective donor families. Dr. Orr also conducts interviews with families who donate to our research program to support the clinical and research teams with diagnostic formulations. Aside from her work at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development, Dr. Orr has a private practice in clinical neuropsychology where she provides clinical, legal/forensic, and academic evaluations for individuals across the lifespan.
