Dr. Ha joined the Lieber Institute for Brain Development as a staff Scientist in August 2021. He earned his Ph.D. from the Genetics, Genomics and Bioinformatics program at the University of California, Riverside. He completed his postdoctoral training at the National Institute on Aging and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Currently, he is investigating the front line of single-cell biology and massively sequenced postmortem human brain data as well as machine learning and statistical inference. His publications cover the machinery of transcription, epigenomics, transcriptomics and miRNA study.
