Jean DuBose joined the Lieber Institute in 2011 and helped to establish the Institute's administrative functions including communications, development, research administration, community partnerships, and collaborations with the Johns Hopkins community. As Chief Administrative Officer, she manages grant and research administration, project management, human resources, admin services and partnerships. Jean came to the Lieber Institute from the Parks & People Foundation in Baltimore, MD, where she served as the Director of Development & Promotions. She has over twenty years of experience in non-profit management, resource and program development, special event planning, and communications. Jean has a BA in International Relations from Washington College and a graduate certificate in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
