Kerrigan is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a concentration in Government and Politics. Since then, she has developed skills in marketing and PR as an intern for Orange Element, Anne Arundel Medical Center, and Planit. Kerrigan’s background in writing and design goes back several years, as exemplified on her portfolio. Her work has been published in Severna Park Voice, Chesapeake Family Life, and the Columbia Journalism Review.
