Margo Heston is the Project Coordinator for the Lieber Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, Margo cofounded and developed Speech Banana, a mobile auditory training app designed to improve speech comprehension and production for deaf adults who use hearing devices. In 2015 she received a Fulbright scholarship for the English Teaching Assistant program in Poland; during her grant year, she taught at the Poznan University of Technology and began development of the Polish version of Speech Banana. Margo graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2015, obtaining a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in computational biology.
