Bill Ulrich, M.S., is Manager of Network Operations for the Lieber Institute. He is responsible for maintaining and developing the Institute’s computing infrastructure. Prior to joining the LIBD, he worked for more than 15 years as a programmer and system administrator for organizations including The University of Texas at Dallas, Haverford College, and CNN. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, and an M.S. in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from The University of Texas at
